Illustrator closes when I start working with a pencil or brush.

Illustrator closes when I start working with the pencil or brush tool. I've disabled GPU performance, installed various drivers for the video card, and tried resetting the settings, but nothing helped. The laptop has an RTX GeForce 3050 video card and an AMD Ryzen 7-series processor. Illustrator version is 30.3.

    Are you using a tablet?

    Can you try and check if the driver is current?

    Also: what happens when you turn off Windows Ink?

      I don't use a tablet. I haven't tried disabling Windows Inc.

        So you are using the pencil and brush with your mouse?

         

        You already rebooted the computer?
