Illustrator Cloud Error

I saved my Illustrator presentation on the cloud a few days ago. Now, when I tried to reopen that document from the cloud, it appears that any text (English & Arabic) in the document had disappeared suddenly, with their groups in the layer panel having empty layers as shown in the screenshot (it's not a white text) and [recovered] beside the document name from the cloud

I'm using the latest Illustrator version 29.7.1
