Illustrator Color changes when the Background is Black

Hey,

I have a Problem, i currently doing business cards, when i set the Background on Black the colors of the Logo are not the same (changing), on the white background the logo is perfectly fine.

When someone can help and explain it to me i would be very thankful or look in the file and explain it to me.

In addition to what Ton said, as a simple test you can place the two versions side by side, then create a rectangle or ellipse, then use the eyedropper on identical parts of the two versions and compare the resulting colour values.
