Illustrator color code

Good morning,
I would need to find a command on illustrator to allow me to automatically put the CMYK code of the square of my color created. I have about fifty squares of different colors which I need to have the CMYK color code.

j'aurais besoin de trouver une commande sur illustrator pour me permettre de mettre automatiquement le code CMJN du carré de ma couleur crée. J'ai une cinquantaine de carrés de différentes couleurs dont j'ai besoin d'avoir le code couleur CMJN.
