Illustrator color separation APIs not working or missing?

Hello,

I need to automate Illustrator color separation (inkList) when printing to a file. But the scripting API doesn’t work (printColorSeparationOptions.inkList; InkPrintStatus.DISABLEINK) and just silently ignores the ink inclusion / exclusion settings.

I wonder could anyone tell me is there an equivalent API via C++ SDK? Any regarding information would be appreciated.
