Illustrator completely kills my computer on startup.

Pár hete kezdődött a probléma. Az illustrator indításakor a gép teljesen lefagy. Még a ctr+alt+del sem segít, csak egy reset. 3 gépen van különböző előfizetésünk, de mindháromnál ugyan ez a helyzet.
Találtam megoldást, ha indításkor gyorsan kilövöm az "Adobe CEP HTML Engine-t, akkor elindul a program és használható. Újratelepítés nem segített. Premierrel ugyan ez a helyzet.
Másnál nincsen ilyen probléma?

The problem started a few weeks ago. When starting illustrator, the machine freezes completely. Even ctr+alt+ does not help, only a hard reset. We have different subscriptions on 3 machines, but all three have the same problem.
I have found a solution, if I quickly launch the "Adobe CEP HTML Engine on startup, the program starts and is usable. Reinstalling did not help. With Premier the same thing.
No one else has this problem?
