Question

Illustrator constantly not seeing Adobe Fonts.

When I open a file that is using adobe fonts from the creative cloud 9/10 times I have to restart the whole cloud and illustrator to have adobe see the font. How do I fix this issue? It keeps highlighting the fonts in red saying they are unavailable. It is adding countless minutes to a job that should just work. I am running Windows 10 using fonts only from Adobe Fonts.

The font has been activated for awhile. In the creative cloud they are always active and those solutions you've linked we've already tried and still the issue persists.

We reboot the computer every day, turning it off at night and then when we goto work we turn it back on. Creative cloud launches and shows all fonts activated and then we open AI and then open a file we are going to work on and sometimes a file from the previous day that had the fonts working and then it will just highlight and say can't find fonts. New files, old files it just randomly happens.

Is it only happening in Illustrator? Do they show in Photoshop or InDesign?
