Illustrator continuously crashing

Windows 10 / 64 up-to-date, Illy 24.7, Core i7 6-core @ 3.5, 32 gog ram, NVDIA GTX 980Ti drivers up to date, GPU performance and animated zoom enabled

 

I'm having crash issues with Illustrator 24.7, as in, I can get no more than three to four minutes work done before it crashes. We're talking eight or nine times in an hour of work.

I have deleted preferences and that did not help.

My system is powerful but old, I'm wondering if I back up a version or two, might that help?

After looking a few posts on this board, I updated my Wacom Driver and put my stuff in a new file. So far so good. We'll see.

Thanks for the reply, I deleted some Wacom leftovers on my laptop, restarted the computer but it didn't change...
