Illustrator crash when making a new file

After i returned my laptop to factory settings my illustrator will crash everytime i try and open a new file.

I've tried to reset my preferences multiple times, i reinstalled illustrator multiple times and it still doesn't work. I have tried opening a file on photoshop to see if it had something to do with my laptop but that worked fine and i tried making a new file on illustrator on my computer at home and that works as well so it has nothing to do with my account. 

Does anyone know any other fix other than what comes up after a google search?
