Question

Illustrator crash while working | macOS 13.5.2

I'm so tired of illustrator constantly crashing and I don't know what to do at this point. I've already read articles and uninstalled it then installed older versions, but illustrator keeps crashing before I can even design anything. I can't even finish my homework, which is due the next morning. I'm trying so hard not to curse, but I'm pissed and slightly in panic mode!!! I have a 2021 iMac with the M1 chip. I'm on Ventura 13.5.2. I haven't updated because I haven't had any problems with the version that I'm on. I also have 621 GBs so there's enough space. I don't know much about computers, so I'm not sure what the problem could be, if it's even the computer in the first place because my other apps run fine with no problems. It's always Illustrator that has something going on. Note: Renamed by Mod

How much RAM is installed?

Is color management set up properly? And not "Emulate Illustrator 6"?

Do you have a printer installed?

Are all fonts OK and aren't there too many fonts?

Do you have any third party plugins installed?

At which point exactly does it crash?

You can also contact https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html They can login to your system to figure it out.
