Illustrator crashes after try to save in another format

I`ve tried to save some archives to pdf and when a click on another format to change from .ai to .pdf I receive a messege:

The file save operation failed.

The file save operation could not connect to the open and save panel service.

And the it closes the saving windown.

I tried a lot of things alredy, the basics, i dont want to reset my mac again, please help!

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. Could you please provide the information that the experts asked for, like the exact versions of Illustrator and your operating system? Also, let us know if you're using any third-party plug-ins.

It would also help to know if this issue is limited to a particular file or if it happens with all your files. If it's just one file, please share it with us for testing. Additionally, could you confirm if you see the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog when the app crashes? I checked but couldn't find any crash reports submitted from your community email address.
