Illustrator crashes as soon as I open a specific document

Hello!

I am not sure what is going on but it's the second time it's happened to me. When I open a specific document in illustrator, it never completely loads and illustrator crashes each time. I deleted the other one that did this but this time I won't delete the current one. I am able to safely open an illustrator document of a much larger size so I don't think that's the issue. I tried resetting preferences, relaunching adobe. Since I am able to open all the other documents, I cannot run diagnostics, or go into safe mode; they don't show up as options. What is going on with this document?

Can someone please help asap?

Thank you so much!
Thanks!!

Thank you! I was able to chat with Adobe and they reverted the document to an earlier time. Now it opens. Adobe does crash sometimes.

It may just be the case of this document is currupt and therefore unusable..? Did you computer crash or anything when this file was open for this to then start happening or did it just one day stop working..?
