What do you hope to achieve with uninstalling and reinstalling? This won't fix anything. Those crashes eitehr are caused by a "bad" font or a system issue while accessing the fonts/ rendering previews. You have to fix those things - weed out fonts, update your graphics drivers, fix file access, networking and security issues.
