Illustrator crashes, when I try to change custom spot color or global swatch color %

Hello

Illustrator crashes, when I try to change color to saves swatches. I can make new swatch - global CMYK or custom spot, but if I try to change their color % or tone, Illustrator instantly crashes.

Tried both option save to my Library or not save to my Library, outcome is the same - illustrator crashes. Reinstalled Illustrator already.

    You didn't tell us your version, system and installed third party plugins.
