Illustrator Crashes when opening files or creating new ones

Hello,

I've been having this issue for 4 days now and It's delaying my delivery dates. Illustrator crashes when either opening a new file or creating a new one. It just crashes instantly. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit, Illustrator CC 23.03. I've also tried using the pre release version that supposedly fixed the issue, but it didn't work either. Tried resetting preferences for the app, but all the instructions on the Adobe site are like now clear at all, I wasn't able to follow them completely. I need this issue fixed ASAP please, I'm not able to provide a crash report, because the app crashes instantly.

Is a printer connected, set up as default and turned on?

If not, do that.

If you don't have one, set up the PDF printer.

Also: Save to your local disk and an unsynchronized folder.

I have no printers, and the PDF was already set up as default, also, not sure what you mean by "Also: Save to your local disk and an unsynchronized folder."

Illustrator might have difficulties saving to servers and synchronized folders.
