Illustrator crashes when trying to create packaging with EPS DCS linked

macOS 10.14.5 or Windows 10 (the same problem on both platform)

Photoshop CC 2019 20.0.5

Illustrator CC 2019 23.0.4

1. I create a file in Photoshop with 4 custom colors (ink names for example: Printing white, SKU, Orange, Black).
2. Save as EPS DCS 2.0 (I tested it with different configurations).
3. In the Illustrator create a new document.
4. Delete all swatches.
5. Place the resulting EPS.
6. Save.
7. Trying to create packaging.

Crash. Boom. Bang.
