Illustrator crashes with [ Shift + F ] view

the simple act of just viewing my work by pressing Shift + F instantly crashes my illustrator...

its updated to the latest version , and it crashes even on the simplest designs with barely anything on the canvas

any suggestions to why this keeps happening?

Can't reproduce that.

Can you tell us about your system?

Did you already reboot and reset the preferences?

windows 11 - latest update
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 TI

I did try to reboot & reset and it seems to work for now ... even tried it on large heavy files and it works completely fine
