Illustrator Crashing on Launch

Illustrator was working fine a few days ago. Today, it crashes on launch with an, "Unknown error has occured, (25,700) Adobe Illustrator will now quit.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the computer several times and all updates are current. There is no problem starting other applications.

I forgot to add that I am running Windows 11 and it is up to date, and other Photoshop starts and runs without a problem.
