Illustrator Crashing with Style Sheets

Has anyone else been experiencing that illustrator crashes when using style sheets? i had to install an older version to be able to work. Seems like Adobe knows about this but has not sent out a fix??

Hi @jchapman11,

You will find the Beta tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, as shown in the screenshot below:

Click on Beta>Install Illustrator Beta and let us know if that helps.

We will be happy to assist you further.

Thanks,

Harshika

it opened in the beta version without issue. thank you!

Hello @jchapman11,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you share more details, such as the version of the OS installed, the version of Illustrator you were having trouble with, along with details of your exact workflow, including a screen recording of the problem, so I can check this with the team?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @jchapman11,

Thanks for sharing the details. I tried replicating this on my end but could not. Could you share a link to a sample file after uploading it to a file-sharing service, so we can try and replicate this on my end?

Also, try opening the file in the latest Illustrator (Beta) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
