Is it still possible to update CS5.0.0?
Apple says it is not longer compatible with the new macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.4

CS5 is not compatible with Mac OS El Capitan or above. It will never be updated past whatever it’s last version was. If you are running a later OS you must update to Creative Cloud.
