Illustrator CS 6: can I give a gradient Mesh no fill while I'm building it.

So far I've been dealing with this by setting the transparency to 10% or something. This works but it would be so much simpler if I could just apply No Fill to the mesh. The Fill / Stroke options at the top are missing and the No Fill option from the Tool Bar don't work and neither from the Swatches pallet.

    Hi Ron,

There is no way of applying no fill to mesh. If you want you may raise a feature request here at our Adobe Illustrator Feedback form. This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.

    Regards,
