Illustrator Custom Font Library

My mind may be playing tricks on me. While working in Illustrator today I had a dialog box open asking if I wanted to create a Font library. I even assigned a name to the folder. However, when I went back to see where it is located I could not find it. 

Is there a way to create seperate folders for the font?
