Illustrator delays

Hello! Has anyone experienced performance issues in illustrator (delays and chuncky movemets) and if so how did you fix it? I tried pretty much all i can come up with. Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the respond. Apparently it was a file issue. All other documents work OK.
