illustrator demo

I've dowloaded the demo version of Illustrator 18 hours ago but now I can't open the app because it says that my demo is finished... What am I supposed to do? Why isn't it working?

Anna,

If you have run the AI trial already, you should be able to run a trial for the whole CC.

I am afraid you wiil have to ask Adobe, through a chat (just click the Still need help button straight away),
