Illustrator Desktop Version Not Showing in Creative Cloud
Hello,
I have recently purchased a new notebook and installed Creative Cloud on it. After opening the application and signing in with the same email address that has my active Illustrator license, I can only see the option to download Illustrator for tablets (iPad).
The desktop version of Illustrator does not appear in Creative Cloud at all.
I have already tried:
- Logging out and logging back in
- Restarting the computer
- Reinstalling Creative Cloud
Nothing has helped.
On my old computer, using the same account, Illustrator for desktop is installed and works normally. My license is active and visible in my Adobe account.
However, on the new computer, Creative Cloud only shows the tablet version and does not offer the desktop installation.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
