Hello

Can someone explain me exactly how to use the new dimensions tool? I mean editing the dimension. Sometimes, after clicking, I can edit a numerical value, move it, or enter a different value. Sometimes it's completely impossible. How it's working?

To edit the dimension text, the dimension object needs to be expanded so it is no longer linked to the object (Object > Expand Appearance, or move the dimension object).
