I am using Illustrator 30.0 on a Windows 11 OS

Can't seem to prevent Discover screen from opening at startup.

This just strated today. Not sure if due to new Ai release.

I have gone as far a rebooting computer, reset preference file. On auto reboot the Discover panel does not show. However, after shutdown and re-boot the screen is back.

Thanks Abhishek;

Before reading your response I uninstalled and re-installed Ai. Problem has been resolved. Appreciate the Adobe Team for the the response. Will try the above if it happens again. However, much quicker to re-install Ai

Hi @westdr1dw,

Thanks for reaching out. Please try signing out and back into the Creative Cloud Desktop App, then check if the issue persists. If it does, open Illustrator's General Preferences and disable the Show Tool Tips option, then restart the app and test again.

If the Discover panel still appears, please try renaming the following folders:

Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

If that doesn't help, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from:
Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Let me know if this helps or if the panel continues to appear so I can check it further.

Looking forward to your update.

Abhishek
