Illustrator does not save images

I've had this problem for a few days now, the program always worked fine but now when I want to export an image to the web it simply doesn't save or I have to restart the program several times until I can do it. No errors appear, the process seems normal until I look for the file on the PC and it is not found.

 

Does anyone know how to solve it?

If not, kindly try saving your files to a different folder location, like the desktop, and saving them as a PDF with Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities enabled to check if it helps. Also, try saving your work as a Cloud Document (https://adobe.ly/3N4TAxD) and share your observations.

Perhaps you already tried, but did you restart your machine or reset preferences?
