Illustrator does not update

Hi,

This continues to happen. Illustartor does not update. Creative cloud says UP to Date

My version is 29.1. current version 29.3.

i always have to uninstall and reinstall in order to be current.

When i see their are updates i post here but still is not resoved.

Other creative apps are always current. It is only Illustator that has this problem .

No one has had this issue?

Hi Monika, thank you for the response.

I have been doing suggestion #6. Remove the affected Creative Cloud app and then reinstall it

I have to google "what is the latest illustartor version". if its newer than my current I then have to uninstall / reinstall CC and then install the apps and then im good.

Many months ago i spoke with Adobe support but they had no resolution

Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

Close all Adobe applications
Remove Illustrator, the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3XZb83Y)
Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3FAYhyR)
Install Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Desktop app
