Illustrator doesnt show up in UXP developers tool

I have relaunched CC Desktop, Illustrator and UXP tool in all possible combinations., even after clearing cache for UXP tool in Roaming folder.

Kindly help.

System: WIndows 10

Illustrator version: 30.0

CC Desktop version: 6.8.0.821
