Illustrator - Error ID: - 5000

Question

I can't save my .ai file on my hard disk beacuse a window with an error "Impossible to save the illustration. You don't have sufficient access privilages. ID: - 5000" appears.

How can i fix it? I've always used the application and never happened this problem.

Check the access privileges. Does Illustrator have full disk access?

If not, kindly share some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, the folder location where you are trying to save the files, and whether Illustrator also behaves this way with other folder locations (like the desktop) so that we can investigate this further.
