Let me move this to the Illustrator forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

Ok - I'm fine with that however, 2 things...

1. I clicked on the Icon in CC desktop that says "Support community" next to Illustrator. Why doesn't the icon take you to the product specific forum if you're not supposed to ask for help here?

2. Where do I find the "Illustrator forum" you want me to ask for help in?

Wouldn't it have been just as easy to answer the question here and let me know it's copied into the correct forum? I've spent hours trying to figure this out on my own before I got so frustrated that I posted into the "Wrong" forum.

Your question has already been moved into the Illustrator forum as the message said.

Which system is it?

Did it work correctly or did this happen directly after installation?

The message you posted points to trouble with your installation. Between uninstalling and reinstalling please run the Adobe Cleaner tool.  https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-for-enterprise-users.html

If you don't want to do that you can also contact Customer Care https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
You need to be logged in and the chat is at the bottom right.
