Illustrator error with share "Comments in this section do not map to any views in the content"

My colleague and I share reviews for illustrator projects but yesterday we started receiving the "Comments in this section do not map to any views in the content" error and we are not able to drop pins. We can comment but no pins and the comment doesn't show up on my end. We are both on an Enterprise plan.

Thanks for your patience. The issues related to Share for Review links not working and missing options for commenting have both been resolved. Kindly try re-opening your links and let us know if it helps.

Could you try clearing your browser cache and then reloading the link to see if it helps?

Note: Clearing your browser cache may remove saved settings and require re-login on some sites.

I cleared the cache and tried a different browser as well just now and I am experiencing the same issue.
