Illustrator | Erros diversos

Salve:

 

Desde semana passada está impossível trabalhar com o Illustrator.

1) Quando tento fechar uma aba ou arquivo a mensagem que indaga se quero salvar (etc) não aparece ou aparece muito rapidamente

2) O mesmo acontece com o programa em si

3) Já desinstalei a versão mais recente e a reinstalei. Não adiantou

4) Desinstalei a versão mais recente e instalei uma antiga, de meados de 2022. Funcionou no início, mas hoje começou a apresentar o mesmo erro

5) Photoshop e utros software da Adobe funcionando normalmente.

 

Tenho trabalhos a entregar no início da proxima semana e não consigo terminá-los. O que fazer?
Há como falar com o suporte?

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not kindly try the following steps and check if it helps:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Navigate to
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP (Windows)
    Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP (macOS)

  • Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old
  • Relaunch Illustrator
