Illustrator Fechando sozinho

Question

Olá Comunidade ,estou um problema constante do Illustrator versão 27.4.1 fechando sozinho, ja tentei de tudo , trocamos de maquina , atualizamos os programas , mas o problema ainda persiste e esta prejudicando meu trabalho ,não sei mais o que fazer .Se alguém souber de uma solução real agradeço!

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2), as suggested by Monika, to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you are using a Windows computer and have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.
