Illustrator File Open Window

Question

I mistakenly clicked to open from "Cloud" and now the window is too large and I can't get to the lower left corner to click "from my computer"? The system "locks" when I do file open now. I am using a 3 screen setup if that matters,. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
