I'm trying to open Adobe Illustrator files that I saved to the cloud and they are all saying they can't be opened or all of the text is missing out of the files. Help.

Hi @knowledgeable_think6650,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how frustrating it can be when cloud files suddenly refuse to open, or the text appears missing. This often happens if there’s a sync interruption. To isolate, first, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and signing back in to see if that refreshes the sync connection. If the issue continues, the steps in these articles can help troubleshoot cloud document loading problems:

It may also help to download the affected cloud files directly from the Creative Cloud website under the Files section, save them locally, and then open them in Illustrator. You can also check the version history there in case an earlier version opens correctly:

Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes. Looking forward to your update.

I tried signing out and signing back in... no luck. I can see the words in the preview but when I open it they disappear. The files also won't download. I'm literally loosing 100 hours of work.  Now getting the attached error.  When I try to go to file>package it is greyed out.

Hello @knowledgeable_think6650,

Thanks for confirming. Could you check if the file is available here (https://adobe.ly/48R6dYX) and try reverting to an earlier version of the document (https://adobe.ly/4jaHcLK) to see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
