Illustrator font help

My laptop went into a store to get fixed & all my fonts went away I have them saved on my old hard drive. Is there a way to copy/paste them into the Adobe folder? If so where would I find it in the C: drive or will I have to download the fonts again from Illustrator font section? (Windows 10)

Thank you.

Hello @Lukeyguy,

Thanks for reaching out. I would request you try the steps shared below to install the fonts as pointed out by Monika:

  1. Copy the font files (TTF, OTF) from the hard drive to the new computer.
  2. Install the fonts (Windows) (macOS)
  3. Re-launch Illustrator.

Kindly update this thread if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,

Anubhav

If you have all the font files, you need to install them in the system. Make sure to install them "for all users"
