Illustrator for iPad font upload not working

I am trying to install a font through Illustrator, but the '+' option is missing. Anyone know how to get that back in there?

Thanks for reaching out. In the latest version, you have access to the whole CC font library. And you can upload your own fonts to your CC library or from the Adobe Fonts library. Kindly try the steps shared in this article to add your own fonts in Creative Cloud apps and check if it helps: (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-your-fonts-to-creative-cloud.html).

That article is referring to the desktop version only. My question is in regards to the iPad. Please reference my screenshot from the previous message.
