illustrator free trail issues

Oh dear not a good start and a bit embarrassing

I cant even get the 7 day illutsrator free trail to start

I'm on a microspft laptop 

 

and this is as far as I get

If you want the quick approach, try and contact Customer Care. They can login to your system. You contact them, anyone sending requests as a PM, could be a spammer.
