Illustrator gets stuck when I move workspace with scrolling

Question

When I need to move the workspace and if I touch the scrolling (with graphic pen or with touchpad) the illustrator gets stuck for long time, and sometimes I had to relaunch it withough saving the work.

It's been second year this bug is not fixed. Is really annoying and slows down working process .
