Illustrator home screen problem

Hey,
The software does not open the main screen for me, but I can click on files and open a file as usual. Does anyone know what the problem is? and what can I do? 

my computer is Lenovo gaming i5 intel with 3050 Graphics accelerator.

Hello @Hadarby,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the following steps to check if they help:
- Close all Adobe apps

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:
(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

- Relaunch Illustrator
