Illustrator Image Trace not working

Hi everyone!

I recntly updated my Ai to V 27.6.1. After updating I tried to:

Object > Image Trace > Create and Expand.

 

However, the program isn't doing it like it used to. Now I am getting a bunch of lines rather than a clean shape. What setting do I have wrong? What do I need to fix?


I uploaded files for everyone to see what I mean.

      Download the old version and use it for tracing.
