illustrator is blurring my saved file ! please help

As I have shown screenshot and png exported files in the attachment section, my saved file got blurred and became nonreadable! please help me to get back my files in readable and right format.

You file is blurred and unreadable, because you are presenting it in a tiny screen on a gigantic nonsensical frame.

 

As a UI/UX designer, you should put your project and the client in the center of your work. Your logo in the presentation should not be larger than the project.

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Ton, I would suggest trying to save the file to your computer as an AI file and checking if it helps. If not, kindly share the file here or via DM so we can check it on our end.

    It is an .aic file, a cloud document which can only embed images or link Photoshop Cloud documents.

    Is the link still there or missing?

    Can you download the file to your computer from Assets.adobe.com?

      I tried to download the file from the given link but it is still blurry I
      am unable to see a clear picture. If the image still stays blurry then it
      is unusable for me.

      How can I get a clear image or file?

      See what happened
      In screenshot 1, I tried to open a* prototype branding book.aic *file and
      this message appeared, I clicked on* ignore button *and then the file
      opened but the images got blurred.

      How to fix this issue and How can I get back my images? please help
