Illustrator is not responding sequoia 15.0.1 macOS

I have a user who is not able to open any version of Adobe Illustrator on their mac that is running sequoia 15.0.1. It just says not responding. I tried: rolling back versions, uninstall and reinstalling the apps, uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud, and Creative Cloud cleaner. None of that worked. Does anybody know of anything else I can try?

Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory: 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Does it work if you boot the Mac in Safe mode?

Hello @Edwinn5D66,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Doug's suggestion to reboot in Safe Mode (https://adobe.ly/3Un9yqM) and then relaunching Illustrator helped resolve the problem. 

If not, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) to see if it helps.
