Illustrator keep freezing

Please help my illustrator freeze every 20 minutes and need to force quit everytime it does that. Projects now take 3x longer I'm at a breaking point. I've disabled auto-save and recovery nothing works. Macbook Pro M4 32Gb ram Sequoia 15.3.1. Illustrator 29.2.1

Any suggestion appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Nothiing special with my workflow. Most of my work composed of vector logos, copies and link images. And the issue happen from large format show graphics all the way down to a simple one pager salesheet.
