Illustrator keeps closes immediately after starting up, doesn’t even let me do anything

Hello, I have computer with Windows 10 64bit with 4gb ram and AMD A9-9420e RADEON R5 processor, the problem I'm having is that every time I start the illustrator app, it closes immediately with no crash announcement or anything it just closes on it's own.

4GB of RAM realyl isn't enough these days to do anything, though more likely it is still crashing due to graphics driver issues. At least try updating those.

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
