Illustrator Keeps craching after opening any file

I checked for any crash reports linked to your community email address but didn't find any. If you see the Adobe crash reporter dialog box, please go ahead and submit the report and share the email address you used via DM, so I can follow up on those logs for a deeper look. To help isolate what's causing this, try restarting your Mac in Safe Mode using these steps: macOS Safe Mode guide. This disables any third-party tools running in the background and will help us determine if something else on the system might be interfering.

Also, can you check if Illustrator is set to open using Rosetta? Just right-click the Illustrator app in the Applications folder, click 'Get Info', and see if the 'Open using Rosetta' box is checked. If it is, try unchecking it and launching Illustrator again.
