Illustrator Keyboard Increment and Type Tool reversed

Without changing any settings, Illustrator reversed my keyboard increments. When I use the UP arrow, Illustrator moves the object down on the document, when I use the DOWN arrow, the object moves up (etc. for left and right). At the same time, Illustrator also started placing my type upside down automatically when I use the Type Tool (on a path or not). I have searched for an answer on multiple forums but have not come accross anyone having the same issue. Version: 23.0.2
