Hi, I bought a new macbook last generation with m4 pro chip, and Illustrator works very stuck, I tried downloading an older version and it still works badly. Do you know how to fix it?

Hey how does it going? I have the same issue and I am using rectangle. Can you confirm the hang issue is caused by windows management app?

Your exact OS version and Illustrator version (the Illustrator version is under Help > About Illustrator)
What you observe after temporarily disabling any window managers or plugins you have running
